IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CLIENTS OF EBONY CAPITAL ENTERPRISE LTD.

This notice is to individuals and businesses who have received loans from MYC4 through Ebony Capital Enterprise Ltd. (Ebony).

We regret to inform you that MYC4 has taken Ebony to court over a serious breach of its contract as an agent of MYC4. Since the beginning of October, Ebony has not been remitting any loan repayments received from borrowers to MYC4 as required in its contract with MYC4.


On 16 November, MYC4 obtained a court order to freeze certain bank accounts of Ebony.  Since then, Ebony opened a new account with Family Bank and has sent letters to borrowers instructing them to deposit their repayments in the new account
.

BORROWERS ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT THEY SHOULD NO LONGER SUBMIT ANY LOAN REPAYMENTS TO EBONY OR ANY OF ITS LOAN OFFICERS.


MYC4 has taken additional legal steps with the outcome that a receiver has been appointed by court who will take over control of Ebony. Please see instructions for repayment in the below advertisements.
