My school background is actually not representative for what I have been doing and what I am in the middle of right now! I have a Masters degree in International
Marketing & Management from Copenhagen Business School which I am happy about and use whenever a business matter shows up - YES, it is truly a sound foundation to top up my entrepreneurial approach!
CBS was a lot of theories, models, etc. so I decided to test this way of attacking a problem in a more practical way!!! During my first year of the studies, I co-founded the Scandinavian International Career & Education Fair (SICEF) in 1997 - this was said to be impossible and especially done by students!!!!
We proved it WRONG; as SICEF is now the leading forum for MBA schools and
companies in Scandinavia.
Before I graduated, I started my own business and was self-employed for
seven years as mental trainer. I worked in the world of business and the world of
sports focusing on processes and strategies to unleash human potential.

NOW and since October 2004 I have been working on (this is no longer the logo of MYC4.com but I feel like keeping it for a little longer as this is where it all started):
As one of the two Co-founders (Mads Kjær is the other Co-founder) it is truly an honor to launch an online community/platform that literally can change the lives of people all over the world... and to create massive leverage; We want to be the first company in the world, owned by the world! We haven't solved it yet, but we want 6.6bn $1 shares so every individual can own a share and feel the difference in stock price when they do something good for the world!

When I am not working I spend a lot of time with my family and friends... I am married to my lovely wife, my true companion, my sparring partner, my soulmate, my everything; Nille and together we have two fantastic daughters Johanna and Andrea

We also have a naughty little dog named; Gizmo - and yes, he sure does look like the Gremlin!
My personality is very straight forward - I breath for the sentence: "Why Settle?" and this you can easily sense in every thing that I do! Let's take coffee as an example. Coffee is one of my passions and I have decided that I am going to win the World Barista Championship before 2012 - what ever it takes!!! Having coffee as a hobby and working with Africa is not such a bad cocktail after all - Africa has some very interesting beans... but even better Africa has a huge coffee potential and especially on the Robusta side!!!
What are my weak spots???? This is not difficult as there are several areas but as a potential co-investor/worker on MyC4 you need to know the following:
1) I am not the structure fascist (e.g. I do not strive on financial analysis)... if you are eminent here, contact me and we will give Pet Shop Boys a true reason for recording another smash hit: "You got the Structure and I got the Ideas... Let's make lots of money" - does this sound like a hit???
2) I might get around a billion ideas a day which can be kind of annoying if - a former colleague said: "If you remember an idea after 14 days... we definitely go for it!" - there is copyright on this one (the right to copy)!
3) I can get very exited about a specific idea and tend to forget to get 360 perspective around the potential obstacles...
4) I think you get an idea of how I am... or else mail me and I will elaborate on specific questions!
But my answer to all of the above is: I KNOW these pitfalls thus surround myself with people that have these capabilities as their core...
