There are no criteria for you to join the debates here. This forum is your virtual community or discussion forum for distinct topics (also called threads). You will find these overall topics in the left menu. Click on the link to the debate you want to read or post a comment in.

You can read all that is already posted here, but to comment you have to join and log in. This also goes if you wish to create a new thread.

Your Avatar, name and seniority level will be displayed when you post a comment in FORUM  so it is public who wrote specific posts. Then people can comment and build on your thinking.

MyC4 is constantly following all new posts in the FORUM but to be active in all threads is simply too time consuming. We read it all but we encourage users to self-moderate debates, meaning that if you have the answer to a specific question please feel free to post.

You may miss replies in threads you are interested in, which is why we offer an "e-mail notification" feature, whereby you can choose to be notified of new posts in a thread.

We wish a constructive tone of discussion here. It is ok to disagree with other people and to put forward your point of view on a specific topic, but let’s keep it constructive.
